At Arranmore Lighting & Fans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture or fan doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for the return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original box, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and securely attach to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
